RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Petcoco reserves the right to request the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Perishable items i.e. temperature-controlled food/medication
  • Used / Partly used products
  • Clearance Sales Products

For orders placed via our official store on online marketplaces (such as Shopee, Lazada, Tik Tok), return and refunds are subject to their respective marketplaces’ policy. Please refer to their website for policy information.

To receive a refund or exchange you must notify us within the 14-day period starting when you received the order. The 14 working day limit to request a refund does not apply to any item which is faulty, unfit for purpose, or not as described at the time you placed the order.

For damaged and faulty items, you have 30 days to return them for a refund, however, we must be notified within 3 working days of receipt.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund as Store Credit to your account with no expiry date.
